Maintenance Agreement
A manufacturer's warranty is included in the
price of every product you purchase. Each manufacturer's warranty period may
differ. System Power can provide a Hardware Maintenance Agreement that will
provide additional service above and beyond the original warranty.
A hardware maintenance agreement provides for the
timely dispatch of a qualified technician to diagnose and replace failed system
hardware components. Programs vary as to hours of coverage and contracted
response time.
